We have developed this very simple site as a portal to all real estate for sale in Southeast Arkansas. Monticello and Drew county are our intitial markets but we will be expanding to all of Southeast Arkansas by the end of 2011. This site is open to ALL real estate companies and For Sale By Owners, whether for homes, farmland, timberland, or commercial property.

We will also post relevant real estate news in our blog. If you have questions about the local market or something you have heard in the news, please email us and we will do our best to get you an accurate answer.

We have kept this site very simple and hopefully easy to use and promise to remove any listings once they are confirmed sold. Each listing will have the seller’s contact information and/or a link to the contributing agency’s website. If your home is listed with a real estate company and you do not see it here, call and tell them you would like to see it posted on www.forsaleinyourtown.com
